The heart of Nūr Evoke

Data collection: every way to collect it, and every way to see it

ABA runs on data, so Nūr Evoke takes it the way each program needs it, in the session, on any device, and turns it into the graphs, charts and grids that BCBAs use to make decisions. Nothing is typed in twice.

A calendar of visits

Schedule visits in the home, the clinic, by telehealth, in the community or at school, and follow each one from scheduled to completed, cancelled or no-show.

Care teams

Assign RBTs and BCBAs to each client. Staff see the clients they are assigned to, and BCBAs see the RBTs they supervise.

Clock-in and clock-out times

Scheduled and actual times sit with every visit, and a reason is recorded when times are corrected, so the time you bill is documented.

Authorizations

Keep each client’s authorizations by payer and billing code, and see how many units have been used and how long coverage runs.

Visit logs

Review clock-in and clock-out activity across the practice in one list.

Reminders by email

Staff are reminded about notes that are waiting, and an admin can switch each kind of email on or off.

Session notes and e-signatures

A note is built from the session itself and is checked for completeness before anyone signs it.

Tied to the visit

Each note belongs to its visit and carries that visit’s data, times and signatures.

A readiness check

The note lists what is still missing, such as data, the clinician’s own observations or the parent signature, before it can be signed.

Electronic signatures

Clinicians sign with a saved e-signature after completing e-sign consent. Parents and guardians sign on the device or remotely.

BCBA review and analyst notes

Supervisors review the notes of the RBTs they oversee, approve them or send them back, and write analyst notes of their own.

A queue of notes to finish

See which notes are unsigned or waiting for review, so nothing is discovered missing at audit time.

Audit packet

When a payer asks for records, pull the notes, signatures, authorization and visit details for a claim together.

Send claims to Availity

Prepare claims from completed, signed visits and send them to Availity from Nūr Evoke as CMS-1500 / 837P claims over a secure SFTP connection.

Check eligibility with Availity

Check a client’s coverage with Availity from the client’s record, before the first visit and whenever coverage changes.

Acceptances and payments read back

Availity’s acknowledgments mark each claim as accepted or rejected, and payment (835) files are read in to post what was paid, so every claim shows where it stands.

Secondary insurance

Handle a second payer with coordination of benefits, sending the secondary claim after the primary pays.

Authorization coverage by billing code

See how long a client is covered for each billing code, and how many units have been used, so a gap in authorization is seen before it reaches a claim.

Payers, codes and billing provider

Set up your payers, billing codes and billing provider details once, and claims use them every time.

Family billing

Track what a family owes for their share of the cost, with invoices and balances, and let families see them in their portal.

Revenue and analytics

See revenue, what is outstanding and how the practice is doing, from the same records the claims came from.

Clinical documents, plans and libraries

Write the documents a case needs once, and reuse the programs behind them.

Assessments, plans and reports

Draft assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, competency checks and discharge summaries for each client, with drafts saved as you type.

Program library

Build programs and task analyses once, keep them in a library and reuse them across clients.

Interventions library

Keep a library of interventions and strategies, and attach them to the targets they support.

Client documents

Keep each client’s documents with their record, with access limited by role.

A portal for parents and caregivers

Families see what they need and take part, without phone calls or paper.

Sessions and signatures

Caregivers see upcoming and past sessions and sign notes from their own device.

Caregiver Data requests

Ask a caregiver to record a few observations, and see their answers next to the session data.

Questionnaires

Send the QABF or the FAST to caregivers and collect their answers in the portal.

Private links for teachers

Send a teacher a private link to record observations. They do not need an account.

Billing for families

Families can see invoices and balances for their share of the cost.

More than one child

A caregiver with several children switches between them in one portal.

BACB fieldwork tracking for trainees

Everything a trainee and a supervisor need to keep fieldwork on track for the BACB.

A fieldwork log

Trainees log independent and supervised time with start and end times, and visits can add to the log.

Supervision contacts and observations

Record what each supervision meeting covered and whether a client observation took place, in person or by video.

Progress against the requirements

See the month’s hours and the contacts and observations still needed, under the BACB rule set the trainee follows.

Monthly forms with signatures

Prepare the monthly verification form, collect signatures and keep it with the trainee’s record.

An hours planner

See what a month of a chosen number of hours would need, before the month starts.

Contracts and documents

Keep the supervision contract and the supporting documents with the trainee.

Staff, supervision and payroll hours

Know who is credentialed, who is supervised and what hours were worked.

Staff and credentials

Keep each clinician’s credential, license and details in one record, with their role in the app set by their credential.

Supervision tracking

See how much supervision each RBT has received, so nothing falls behind.

Company users and roles

Invite people, give each a role (admin, BCBA, RBT, biller or read-only) and lock or deactivate a login in one click.

Hours and pay periods

Pay rates and the hours worked in each pay period, ready for your payroll.

Frequently asked questions

Does Nūr Evoke support ABC data, the QABF and the FAST?

Yes. Record ABC data for every episode, with categories and charts. Send the QABF or the FAST to caregivers and teachers, or enter the answers yourself, and see the scores on a graph. Nūr Evoke scores and draws them, and your BCBA makes the interpretation.

Can Nūr Evoke send claims to Availity?

Yes. Prepare claims from completed, signed visits and send them to Availity from Nūr Evoke as CMS-1500 / 837P claims over a secure SFTP connection. You can also check a client’s eligibility with Availity and read acknowledgments and payments back in. It uses your practice’s own Availity account.

What kinds of ABA data can I collect?

Trial by trial, frequency, rate, duration, duration with frequency, percent correct, interval and latency, plus task analyses scored by prompt level, an ABC data sheet, behavior occurrences with times, caregiver data, QABF and FAST questionnaires and skills assessments such as the ABLLS-R, AFLS and VB-MAPP.

How is the data shown?

On a graph for every target, with mastery status, in a behavior analysis heat map by day and hour, in ABC charts, in skills grids and inside the session note. Charts and grids can be printed or saved as images.

Can my team use it on phones and tablets?

Yes. Nūr Evoke runs in the browser on any device, and there are apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac and for Android phones and tablets. See the apps page for how each one looks.

Is Nūr Evoke built for HIPAA?

Yes. Every access and change is audited, access is limited by role, data is encrypted on AWS and every practice signs a business associate agreement before starting.

Do you include the ABLLS-R, AFLS and VB-MAPP content?

No. Nūr Evoke stores the scores you enter and draws them in grids. You score from your own licensed copy of each assessment. The assessment names are trademarks of their owners.

Can parents and teachers take part?

Yes. Parents have a portal where they see sessions, sign notes, answer caregiver data requests and questionnaires and see invoices. Teachers can record observations through a private link with no account.

Can I try it before I decide?

Yes. Request a demo and we will walk you through it with your own practice in mind.
