Basic Living Skills
Eight domains and 225 tasks.

Choose a module, type the scores from your own licensed copy of the Assessment of Functional Living Skills, and Nūr Evoke draws the color-stacked grid and adds up the totals for every domain, across up to four rounds.
Every round fills the grid in its own color, and each domain has its own totals. This is a sample with made-up scores.
Each module is its own sheet for the client, with a module picker on the AFLS tab.
