A Google Meet from the visit
Create the Meet link from a telehealth visit in one click. It is created on your practice’s connected Google Workspace account.

Mark a visit as telehealth, create a Google Meet link from the visit, and the people it concerns are invited. The session is documented in the same note, data and signatures as an in-person one, and there is no separate video tool to manage.
Video runs in Google Meet through your own Google Workspace account. Nūr Evoke handles the scheduling, the invitations and the documentation.

The meeting is a Google Calendar event, and the clinician, the supervising BCBA and, for parent training, the caregiver are invited by email.
A Join telehealth button on the visit opens the meeting for anyone who can see the visit, so nobody hunts through email for the link.
When a BCBA supervises an RBT session by telehealth, the RBT can join the supervision call from their own session.
The calendar event is titled "Telehealth session" and carries no client name. Video itself is never built into or stored by Nūr Evoke.
A parent who is not in the room can sign the visit remotely through a one-time link, instead of waiting for a paper signature.
Data collection, the session note and signatures work the same as for an in-person visit, so documentation does not change.
Removing the meeting deletes the calendar event and clears the link from the visit.
Choose the client and clinician and tick Telehealth when you schedule.
