All 544 tasks in 25 skill areas
Every task is there by its letter and number, in the skill areas A to Z. Nūr Evoke carries no task wording, criteria or examples: you read those in your own copy.

Your BCBA scores from their own licensed copy of the ABLLS-R and types the score for each task. Nūr Evoke keeps up to four rounds, colors the grid, adds up the totals for each skill area and keeps the appendices, ready to print or save as an image.
Each round fills the task columns in its own color, so progress across rounds is visible at a glance. This is a sample with made-up scores.
Nūr Evoke holds the structure and the numbers. The assessment itself stays in your copy.

Each task column fills in the color of the round that first reached each point. A later, lower score is reported rather than painted over.
Each round has its own date. Dates never go backwards, and a new round starts the next in sequence.
Points possible, points earned in each round and how many tasks have been assessed, for every skill area. Counts only, with no percentages or cut-offs.
A task with no score is not assessed, which is different from a score of 0. Tasks that do not apply to the learner can be marked not applicable and are left out of the totals.
Keep the 15 appendices with checks for each round, and add tasks of your own to a skill area without touching the official totals.
Pick the 2006 v3.0 or the 2010 v3.2 edition for each new sheet, and move a sheet to the newer edition when its scores allow it.
Admins and BCBAs score the clients they are assigned to, RBTs can view, and every change is written to the audit log. Scores never reach program graphs or reports.
Open the client’s ABLLS-R tab, choose the edition and start the first round.
Enter the score for each task from your own copy.
The grid fills in the round’s color, and the totals for each skill area update.
Start the next round, up to four, and compare the colors.
It includes the structure: the task codes, their maximum scores and the skill areas. It does not include the task descriptions, criteria or examples, which you read in your own licensed copy.
Up to four on each sheet, each with a date. Only the latest round can be deleted, and a finished sheet can be archived.
