Request exactly what you need
Pick the goals and the linked caregivers. Counts are asked for frequency and rate goals, and a percent for percent-correct and trial goals.

Choose the goals and the people, and send a Caregiver Data request. Parents answer in their portal, teachers answer through a private link with no account, and the answers appear on the graph beside your own data.
A caregiver’s observation is shown as a hollow point, separate from the session data, so the BCBA sees both. This is a sample with made-up data.
Simple for the caregiver, and kept apart from your session data.

Buttons for on their own and needed help, or a typed number, with a short note on what counts. Answers are saved as they go, so they can finish later.
Send a teacher a link. No account is needed, and the page shows the child’s first name and the goals only. The link can be extended or switched off.
Emails to caregivers say only that a request is waiting, and reminders continue until it is done.
Caregiver values appear as hollow points on the target’s graph and as a line on the goal card, and you can switch them on or off. They never change the trend line, the goal or the reports.
Caregiver answers are stored separately from the RBT’s data, so mastery and progress reports stay based on session data.
Open the client, choose the goals and the people, and send.
A parent answers in the portal, a teacher through the private link.
The BCBA is emailed when an answer comes in.
The answers appear beside the session data.
No. A private link is enough. The link expires, and you can extend it or switch it off.
It is shown as separate points. It does not change the trend line, the goal, mastery or reports.
