This page explains how to ask for your NurEvoke (Nūr Evoke) account and your personal data to be deleted, what is removed, and what is kept.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to NurEvoke on the web, iPhone, or Android app.
- Open the profile menu at the top right, then choose Sign-in & Security.
- Choose Delete my account, type the confirmation word shown, and send the request. Parents and guardians can do the same from the family portal.
You will get an email confirming your request.
Who completes it, and when
- Clinicians, billers, read-only users, and parents or guardians: you are signed out right away. Your organization's administrator completes the deletion within 30 days.
- Organization administrators: the request goes to NurEvoke, which completes it within 30 days. Your sign-in stays on until then so you can hand over admin rights first.
- To close a whole organization, an administrator can ask for the organization to be closed from the same screen.
If you cannot sign in
Email info@nurbhealth.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my NurEvoke account". We confirm who you are before acting, then handle your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, contact details, and profile information.
- Your sign-in (your account in our identity provider) and any device notification registrations.
What is kept, and for how long
Health, billing, and audit records are the organization's records, and the law requires the organization to keep them. These stay: session notes, signatures, billing and claims, and the audit history. They keep your name only as the person who wrote or signed them, and nothing else about you. How long they are kept is set by the organization's records-retention obligations under HIPAA and state law.
Deleting only some of your data
The app does not offer a separate control to delete part of your data without deleting your account. Requests to correct or remove client or clinical records go to the organization that holds them, which we support as its Business Associate. See our Privacy Policy.
